At MIKUTA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original MIKUTA packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
